8. Har era smycken garanti?

Ja. De inkluderar äkthetsintyg och minst 3 års lagstadgad garanti. Klockor har även officiell tillverkar-garanti.

9. Gör ni reparationer?

Ja. Vi reparerar, justerar, restaurerar och rengör smycken så länge de är av guld. Vi förvandlar även gamla smycken.

10. Vilken storlek ska jag välja? Hur vet jag min ringstorlek?

För ringar rekommenderar vi att välja standardstorlek eftersom storleksbyte är gratis. För klockor är det handledsstorleken som gäller. För att ta reda på din storlek, använd vår online storleksguide, beställ en mätare eller besök oss i butik.

11. Kan jag gravera mitt smycke?

Ja. Vi erbjuder gratis gravyr på vigselringar, förlovningsringar och andra smycken. Men kom ihåg att graverade smycken inte kan returneras.

12. Är stenarna certifierade?

Ja, alla smycken har vårt äkthetsintyg och garanti. Dessutom är nästan alla diamanter över 0,25 ct certifierade av GIA, IGI eller HRD. Alla våra stenar är etiska och konfliktfria.

13. Arbetar ni med hållbara material?

Ja. Vi använder återvunnet guld och producerar lokalt i våra verkstäder för att minska miljöpåverkan.

14. Var finns ni?

Madrid (Serrano, Ortega y Gasset, Goya) och Valencia (Colón 37). Serrano 86 är vår mest ikoniska butik och den äldsta juvelerarbutiken på Gyllene Triangeln.

Självklart. Vårt team av rådgivare, gemologer och designers hjälper dig att välja eller skapa det perfekta smycket. I butik, via WhatsApp, telefon, videokonferens eller e-post.
