Yes. We create personalized jewelry from scratch or transform inherited pieces. We accompany you throughout the creative and artisanal process.

From 100€, up to high jewelry pieces with diamonds, emeralds, rubies, or sapphires.

6. Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Yes. You have 60 calendar days to exchange or return your purchase, but remember the white seal must be intact without being cut or tampered with. We can arrange pickup with insurance (optional).
Note: Returns of personalized or engraved jewelry are not accepted.

7. How are the shipments?

• All our shipments are insured. We ship free throughout Spain, and internationally if the order exceeds 600 euros.
• Delivery times: Spain 2-7 days, Europe 3-7, International 7-9
• Store pickup at Serrano 86 by appointment

8. Do your jewelry pieces have a warranty?

Yes. They include a certificate of authenticity and at least 3 years of legal warranty. Watches also come with the official manufacturer's warranty.

9. Do you do repairs?

Yes. We repair, adjust, restore, and clean jewelry as long as it is gold. We also transform antique pieces.

10. Which size should I choose? How do I know my ring size?

For rings, we recommend choosing the standard size, as resizing is free. For watches, the wrist size. To know your size use our online size guide, request a sizer, or visit us in store.

11. Can I engrave my jewelry?

Yes. We offer free engraving on wedding bands, engagement rings, and other pieces. But remember engraved pieces cannot be returned.

12. Are the stones certified?

Yes, all jewelry comes with our Certificate of Authenticity and warranty. Additionally, almost all diamonds over 0.25 ct are certified by GIA, IGI, or HRD. All our stones are ethical and conflict-free.

13. Do you work with sustainable materials?

Yes. We use recycled gold, and produce locally in our workshops to reduce environmental impact.

14. Where are you located?

Madrid (Serrano, Ortega y Gasset, Goya) and Valencia (Colón 37). Serrano 86 is our most iconic store and the oldest jewelry establishment on the Golden Mile.

15. Can I request advice?
